Dairy Dan in Chehalis

The best burger I have had in years. Also the ice cream cones are huge and amazing!

The kids who helped us didn't seem like they wanted to be there and the food was overcooked and small. We also found it overpriced. Maybe the ice cream is ok? Didn't feel trying it after dinner.

I went in and ordered 1 shake to share with a friend of mine, it took forever to get out and when we sat down we were in a corner and no one else was inside but us. Half the chairs are ripped up and the tables weren’t cleaned. I’m used to a small town diner vibe place but this isn’t that. I could look past the area of seating if the shake had been better and not served in a disposable cup with a straw that made it barely drinkable. I’m not from the area and had seen quite a hype online about their ice cream and shakes and found them quite meh. I don’t believe the girls who were cooking and doing cashiering knew we were there cause they were talking quite loud and having personal discussions. I understand customer service and I understand being close to coworkers, but it just seemed odd and I would like to believe that if we hadn’t been hidden and they knew we were there, the experience might be different!

On those days when my family stop at Dairy Dan Drive-In we are alway met at the drive up window by a person with a smile and who is friendly. Haven't tried the food yet but will someday soon. Prices are rather high but then that's pretty much how it is at all fast food places.

When I met my wife, she'd told me about this place she went to as a kid and how they serve VERY large ice cream cones! I didn't believe her so a few yrs ago we went and I was blown away!!!!! Their large ice cream cone is truly tall and I could NOT finish it!!!!! Their service is good, food is excellent and their soft serve ice cream is great and legendary!!!!!

Dairy Dan's is so awesome! They have really good burgers and tater tots! They arent as fast as typical fastfood, but the food here is worth the wait!

Super slow service, and I get it they cook when you order but it was a extremely long wait for a burger and fries (45min). Slightly disappointed with the size of the burger very small for the $10 price. Great ice cream though

The wait was approx 30 mins and we had 2 cars ahead of us. I ordered the combo with a burger fries and shake. Get the food & no fries. No big deal go and ask for them. The girl comes back out and shows us the order slip to show we weren't charged for the fries and says if we want them shed have to charge us for them. At that point itd been over 30mins and the fact that they messed up our order and didnt want to make it right was really frustrating. We were just driving through town and wanted to support a mom and pop shop but would rather go to a chain that makes it right when they mess up. Food was ok not worth the money anyway.
